Informative to the senses and for the effects of the Art.13 of the D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 n.196s, related to the guardianship of the treatment of the personal data.

With the present one we inform her to the senses of the article 13 of the D.Lgs. 196/2003 that:

   . elaboration of inside statistics;
   . issue of fiscal documents what DDT, invoices and notes I accredit, notes to debt;
   . applications of offers to suppliers and active clients potential e/o;
   . estate of the ordinary accounting and accounting IVA;
   . management collections and payments;
   . dispatch various certifications, fit to satisfy the anticipated obligations from the norms of Law, from the rules, from the normative community, from the normative civilistiches and fiscal.
3. the treatment will happen with manual systems e/o automated actions to memorize, to manage and to transmit the data themselves, with correlated logics tightly to the finalities themselves, on the base of the data in our possession and with appointment on Your behalf to communicate us possible corrections at the right moment, integrations e/o updatings:

Your data, for obligations of Law or for exclusive functional reasons within the execution of the contract, the following Public and private Corporate body will be communicated to, also following inspections or verifications (es. Financial administration, organs of Tributary Police, Judicial Authority, Office Italian Changes, Ispettorato of the Job, ASL, Social Security Corporate body, Enasarco, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) to subjects that can access Your data in form of dispositions of Law or of normative secondary or community;
5. the conferment on Your behalf of the aforesaid data has obligatory nature in relationship to the different finalities of the treatments.
   In case of Your refusal to confer the data or to allow to the treatment or to their communication can derive of it:
   . The impossibility to establish or to continue the relationship, or to effect some operations, if the data are necessary to the execution of the relationship or the operation;
   . The impossibility to effect some operations that functionally imply the communication of the data to subjects connected to the execution of the same;
   . The missed communication of the data to subjects that develop further activities, not functionally connected to the execution of the relationship.

7. to the senses of the art. 7 of the D.Lgs. 196/2003, in Your comparisons it is anticipated the exercise of some rights, particularly of:
   . to know the existence or less than the personal data that concern You and their communication in intelligible form;
   . to be informed on the holder, on the finalities and on the formalities of the treatment and on the possible person responsible, on the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated;
   . to get the updating, the rectification or the integration of the data;
   . to get the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the same;
   . to oppose for legitimate motives to the treatment of the data, saves the limits established by the Law;
   . to oppose to the dispatch of advertising material or for the conclusion of searches of market or commercial communications.
