BLIND RIVET BOLTS
| Blind rivet bolts, in principle, are installed using the same method as for blind rivet nuts. They can then be applied using the same tools, equipped with appropriate heads and tie rods. |
| Blind rivet bolts offer the possibility of having a threaded pin, of different sizes, on which to apply a nut, even on small thicknesses or in those situations where machining is not possible or access from only one side is required. |
| Blind Rivet Bolts provide an alternative to welded or press-fit studs, allowing for a quick and cost-effective application. |

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
| The properly dimensioned rivet nut is screwed onto the tie rod of the riveting tool, then inserted into a calibrated hole according to the chosen diameter. |
| The riveting tool exerts a traction force on the tie rod, which radially deforms the compression chamber of the insert, until it clamps it onto the material. Once the i rivet nut is tightened, the riveting tool, the tie rod is unscrewed to release the thread that will accommodate the nut. |
