FAR TECHNICAL TRAINING
FAR Training Center in Bologna aims to train tool repair and maintenance specialists from all around the world. The idea is to transfer specific know-how and operating procedures for the proper repair of FAR tools. During the training courses, a series of tips, tricks, and all the information only the company that designs and manufactures riveting tools can provide are taught. This makes the training experience at the FAR Training Center in Bologna truly unique and effective.

1.Tool repair programs for Technicians Repair techniques for FAR tools for both rivets and threaded inserts; Periodic maintenance protocols for each tool model; Instructions on special wrenches or other tools for disassembling and reassembling tools according to ISO 9001-certified quality protocols; Guide to the FAR company website www.far.bo.it, where you can find videos, technical drawings, spare parts boom and more on the repair and maintenance of each individual tool. |

2.Programs on automations for System Integrators Guidance in understanding the operation of the technologies that make up semi-automatic and automatic FAR systems; Guidance in the proper integration of FAR technologies within complex systems, including robotic ones; Discussion of needs and solutions; Team building sessions to facilitate the work of technical Teams. |

3.Consumables courses (rivets and inserts) to help you choose the right ones for your application Courses on the correct application of consumables based on different application conditions (materials, clamping thicknesses, mechanical resistance, holes, etc.). We often encounter problems that are attributed to the product but are actually related to the application or to failure to comply with the product's correct use conditions and according to international tables or specific installation requirements. |

Each training course is exclusive to each client and customized to their technical needs. FAR offers something more akin to "individual programs" or "advisory" on specific topics, rather than standard training courses. Technical courses for tool repairers are now a well-established tradition and feature dedicated programs.
