 ALV-IN blind rivet

Name: ALV-IN blind rivet    Field of application: HONEYCOMB panels

Why is unique??

It allows to fasten 2 surfaces but entering the hole only from 1 side; its deformation ensures a larger contact surface (up to 335% more) compared to standard rivets of the same size.

Main strenghts:

1. improves the joint resistance

2.the aluminium body allows to be used on soft and/or fragile materials such as plastics, composite materials, wood and aluminium

3.this rivet has been designed with reduced dimensions to be used specifically on honeycomb & sandwich panels without having to make go-through holes

4.in addition to standard sizes, the ALV-IN rivet can also be customized to apply specific applications and needs.

             

AL-VIN blind rivets can be installed by popular RAC 182, RAC 211 and other FAR tools

I.c.t. rivet nut

Name: ICT rivetnut -STEEL (M5; M6; M8)    Field of application: Many cases of very thin sheet metal and soft or fragile materials including plastics, resins and composites

      

The ICT rivet nut was designed with a geometry that allows maximizing the contact surface, which is up to 570% more than a standard insert of the same size and increase tear resistance significantly.

ICT rivet nut has minimal radial stresses during installation, thus eliminating the risk of deformation of the application hole even in the case of very soft materials.

Thanks to its large griprange the ICT nut usable in numerous types of applications.
