    Riveting Control Systems
    The SC8 fastening process monitoring system consists of software that can be installed on a PC or SERVER, to which several hardware devices (Smartacase) can be connected, each coupled to a single tool. Data communication takes place through an Ethernet interface. This allows better reporting management and optimal integration into the company infrastructure.

    • Learning phase: a defined number of compliant blind rivets are placed on the correct installation (griprange, holes, feeding pressure).
